Frank Vogl co-founded Transparency International in 1993 and has been Director of Executive Board since 2005.
Prior to his current position, he was Vice Chairman of Transparency International from 1993 to 2002.
Mr. Vogl is President of Vogl Communications, Inc. and Publisher of www.EthicsWorld.com.
He is a Director of the Ethics Resource Center and a Member of the Fellows Program of the Ethics Resource Center, a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development and a Member of the Corporate Governance Working Group, a Member of the International Advisory Council of the New Israel Fund, and a Member of the Wisemen.
Prior to joining Transparency International, Mr. Vogl was an Economics Correspondent for Reuters in London and Brussels, European Business Correspondent of The Times.
Previously, he was US Economics Correspondent of The Times from 1974 to 1981 and Director of Information and Public Affairs of the World Bank Group from 1981 to 1990.
Mr. Vogl received a degree from the University of Leeds.
