Dylan J Sloane

Mr. Sloane is a West Palm Beach native and Associate at Palm Beach Capital.
His primary responsibilities include structuring and negotiating transactions, performing financial and operational due diligence, reviewing legal due diligence, arranging debt financing, managing the closing process of transactions, and working with portfolio companies on various strategic and financial matters including add-on acquisitions.
Prior to joining Palm Beach Capital, Dylan worked as a manager in the M&A advisory group at PwC in Miami, FL.
There he provided buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to both private equity and corporate clients primarily in the consumer/retail, manufacturing, transportation/logistics, and aerospace/defense industries.
Previously, Dylan worked as a senior associate in PwC’s Assurance practice.
Dylan graduated magna cum laude from Florida Atlantic University with both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting and is a certified public accountant.
