Goodman is Partner at Equifin Capital Partners Ltd.
Prior to joining Equifin in June 2005, Mr. Goodman worked as a Director at Deutsche Bank in the Global Markets Division covering hedge funds and other opportunity investors transacting in structured credit products.
From 1998 to 2002, he was a member of Goldman Sachs' Principal Finance Department.
He had a leadership role in the acquisition of Southern Pacific Funding Corporation, a sub-prime originator Goldman Sachs acquired through bankruptcy.
From 1992 to 1997, he was a Vice President in Goldman Sachs' Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities Division where he covered financial institutions.
Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Goodman was a member of First Boston's Structured Finance Department, focusing on mortgage securitization and principal investments in loan portfolios acquired through the Resolution Trust Corporation.
Mr. Goodman began his career in 1986 at Goldman Sachs & Co. where he joined as a money market trader in the Fixed Income Division.
Mr. Goodman earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Lehigh University.
