David Longmore

David Longmore joined Hanover in October 2022 as an Associate Director within the Leadership Strategy team.
He is responsible for supporting investee companies across their leadership and talent activity.
Prior to Hanover he spent 9 years at YSC, a leadership advisory firm, partnering with GPs to build and develop management teams that deliver value throughout the investment cycle.
He is experienced in supporting GPs internally with Partner selection, DEI, hiring, leadership development, and deal team effectiveness.
He is an ICF accredited Executive Coach.
He holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, a GDIP in Psychology from UWL, and a BA in American Studies from Manchester University.
