Prior to that, he held a variety of senior positions with Ernst & Young and Manulife Financial.
Mr. Hayter also serves on the board of St. John’s Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation.
He is a Certified Management Accountant, a Certified Management Consultant and holds a B.Sc.
from the University of Guelph, and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
