His practice area includes planning and compliance for pre-immigration and expatriation, U.S.
taxpayers residing overseas, inbound U.S.
investments, planning for multijurisdictional families with U.S.
connections, and reporting of undisclosed income and/or foreign financial assets from offshore accounts through the IRS Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program (OVDP) or Streamlined Filing Compliance Procedures, and Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts.
He qualified as a tax professional in the United Kingdom and has worked in the UK, Singapore, Miami and New York during his career.
Before joining Andersen Tax, Mr. Roberts worked for a major international private bank where he structured and implemented strategies for international clients using trusts, corporations and private funds.
Before that, he was with Arthur Andersen.
He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Birmingham and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business.
