Prior to joining Irving Place Capital in 2005, Mr. Miller was a Managing Director of AlixPartners, an international turnaround and restructuring firm.
From 1997 to 2004, he was with Russell-Stanley Holdings, Inc., a manufacturer of industrial containers, where he held various positions, the most recent of which was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer.
From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Miller was a Managing Director for Vestar Resources, Inc., an affiliate of Vestar Capital Partners, Inc. Prior to that, he was President of Harding Services Corporation, an affiliate of Wesray Capital Corporation, from 1990 to 1994.
Previously, Mr. Miller was with Forstmann Little & Co., Dresser Industries, Inc., Worthington Industries and Ernst & Young.
Mr. Miller holds a BS from Northern Illinois University and is a CPA.
