Previously, he was Vice President-Marketing of Madison Paper and President and Chief Executive Officer of St. Marys Paper until 1994.
Mr. Alexander operated a paper sales brokerage firm from 1994 to 2002 and was a Founding Member of the SC and the Premier's Council of Ontario from 1988 to 1993.
He is a magna cum laude graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a BS in Economic Geography and completed his post graduate work at the University of Oklahoma's Industrial Development Institute and the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business.
