(NYSE, TSE: MFC) in Canada. Formerly known as Manulife Asset Management (Taiwan) Co., Ltd., the firm was founded in 1998 as Fuhwa Securities Investment Trust Co., Ltd. and became a member of Manulife Financial Corp. in 2008. Headquartered in Taipei, MIM-Taiwan issues and manages mutual funds and also provides discretionary trust investment services in Taiwan. Their distribution networks include banks, brokers, insurance companies and direct sales.

Tebon Fund Management Co. Ltd. (Tebon FM) is the fund management subsidiary of Tebon Securities Co., Ltd., ultimately held by Yadong Guangxin Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd. in China. Founded in 2012, the firm is headquartered in Shanghai and manages assets for individual and institutional investors.

Morgan Stanley Huaxin Fund Management Co. Ltd. (Morgan Stanley Huaxin Funds) is an independent Chinese fund management firm which was founded in 2003 as Jutian Fund Management Co. Ltd. through the joint venture of Morgan Stanley International Holdings, Inc. (34%), Huaxin Securities Co., Ltd. (36%), Hantang Securities Co., Ltd. (15%), China Merchants Finance Holdings Co., Ltd. (10%) and Shenzhen China Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd. (5%). In 2008, they were renamed Morgan Stanley Huaxin Fund Management Co. after Morgan Stanley became their largest shareholder. Headquartered in Shenzhen with additional offices in Beijing and Shanghai, Morgan Stanley Huaxin Funds provides asset management services and products for individual and institutional clients.
