Caitlin Kelley

Caitlin Kelley is a Director of Product Management.
She is responsible for execution and digital strategy of access-related projects across multiple UPMC digital assets, including MyUPMC.
Additionally, Caitlin manages the Provider Directory (Find-a-Doc) team and its day-to-day operations.
Before joining UPMC, Caitlin worked at Epic in Madison, Wi as a software tester for the Professional Billing application.
Caitlin earned her Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame, where she also earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Art History.
