GW&K Investment Management LLC (GW&K) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. The firm was founded in 1974 and formerly known as Gannett Welsh & Kotler LLC. They are a subsidiary of AMG Boston Holdings LLC, ultimately held by Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. (NYSE: AMG). GW&K serves as an investment adviser or sub adviser to private or high net worth clients, estates, pension and profit-sharing plans, charitable foundations, endowments, corporations, private funds, mutual funds, UCITS funds, collective trusts and other entities.

Founded in 1999, Trilogy Global Advisors LP is a registered investment advisor located in New York City. Trilogy’s institutional partner, Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. (NYSE: AMG) holds a majority equity interest in Trilogy and is the parent corporation of Trilogy’s general partner, Trident NYC Acquisition LLC. Trilogy provides services to a variety of institutional clients, including employee benefit plans, public pension plans and university endowments. The firm also acts as advisor or sub-advisor to several mutual funds or other collective investment vehicles. Trilogy is the investment manager for the International Group Trust I, a common law group trust vehicle designed to permit employee pension or profit-sharing plans and qualifying governmental plans or units to commingle all or a portion of their assets for investment. Founded in 1999, Credit Suisse Asset Management LLC (CSAM) is a registered investment advisor headquartered in New York City. The firm is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Credit Suisse Group AG (NYSE: CS), a publicly owned foreign bank holding company based in Switzerland.

In 1915 Charles Edward Merrill founded Merrill Lynch & Co. (NYSE: MER) with Edmund C. Lynch in Baltimore, Maryland. The modern Merrill Lynch was formed in 1940 through mergers with E.A. Pierce & Cassatt and, soon after, Fenner & Beane. In 1973, Merrill Lynch adopted a holding company format, with Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. as the parent and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith as the operating subsidiary. MLAM manages the Merrill Lynch family of mutual funds, as and acts as sub-advisor to other mutual funds.
