Pyxis was one of the nation’s most successful public offerings in 1992 and led to a billion-dollar merger with Cardinal Health, Inc. Previously, Mr. Williams spent 20 years with Johnson & Johnson, Howmedica and DePuy, closely involved with the development and marketing of numerous medical devices, capital goods and services, and software applications for the healthcare marketplace.
Mr. Williams is the Founder and President of Faranhyll Foundation, Inc., whose charter is to foster value-based leadership in corporate life and is the author of Wrestling with Destiny.
He serves on the Board of Directors of several of Galen’s privately held portfolio companies.
