Prior to founding Treaty Oak, Mr. Williams was a Principal at Peak Rock Capital, a leading middle-market private equity firm.
He was also previously a Vice President at Aurora Resurgence.
During his tenure at both firms, Mr. Williams focused on equity investments in a variety of middle market companies and has served as a board member for numerous portfolio companies.
Prior to Aurora Resurgence, Mr. Williams held roles at Insight Equity and Houlihan Lokey.
Mr. Williams received an M.B.A.
from the Stanford Graduate School of Business where he was named an Arjay Miller Scholar.
He also received a B.B.A in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University.
