Arthur F. Staubitz

Arthur F.
Staubitz, a Director since March 1999, most recently served as Senior Vice President, Portfolio Strategy at Baxter International.
Mr. Staubitz is the Chair of the Aastrom Governance & Nominating Committee, and also serves on the Aastrom Audit Committee.
He has also served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at both Baxter and Amgen, Inc. During his career at Baxter, Mr. Staubitz served in a broad range of other executive positions including Vice President, Business Development, Strategic Planning and Law, Baxter Diagnostics; and Vice President and General Manager, Ventures Group, Baxter World Trade Corporation.
Prior to this Mr. Staubitz held several positions at Sperry Univac and served as an Associate at the law firm of Sidley & Austin.
Mr. Staubitz received his A.B.
(with Distribution and Honors) from Wesleyan University and his Juris Doctor (cum laude) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Mr. Staubitz also serves as a Trustee of Carthage College, as Co-Chair of the Southern Board of the Arizona Cancer Center, and on the Advisory Board of UAPresents.
