Mr. Anthony Sehnaoui is a Managing Director of Focus Capital, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions.
He is an expert in cross-border M&A having advised on hundreds of private and public transactions across a broad range of industries spanning over 15 countries.
He has worked across nearly every industry vertical with significant experience in healthcare, consumer goods, technology and general industrials.
In addition to his native French, he speaks fluent Spanish and is conversant in Arabic and Italian.
Previously, Mr. Sehnaoui was a senior member of Macquarie Capital’s merchant banking operation in New York, where he led both principal opportunities and advisory engagements.
Before joining Macquarie Capital, as a Director, he helped develop Giuliani Capital Advisors’ cross-border transaction capabilities.
Prior to that, he held positions of increasing responsibility with various investment banking firms in Europe.
Mr. Sehnaoui graduated from Hamilton College, took graduate courses at MIT’s Sloan School of Management and completed INSEAD’s MBA Program.
He holds the Series 7 and Series 63 securities industry licenses.
