Medigreen Biotechnology Corporation, founded on April 10th, 2002, is focusing on the development of botanical new drugs and is established by domestic and overseas outstanding enterprises and entrepreneurs, in accordance with the government's promotion policy, to develop the Chinese Traditional Medicine industry. The major stockholders of Medigreen include Medigen Biotechnology Corp., SunTen Phytotech Co., Ltd. and YFY Biotech Management Company, etc. Since the foundation, based on the mission of 'contribution to the human health' and on the main principle of the immunologic system, Medigreen has been worked on the R & D of new botanical drugs on 'cancer adjuvant', 'anti-ulcer' and 'respiratory tract diseases'. Medigreen develops diverse functional products and ingredients on the base of the Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, the concept of 'medicine and food from the same source', and the efficacy examination of biotechnology followed the new drug development process to contribute to the human health and to guarantee the persistent progress of the enterprise during the new drug development.
