Ares Real Estate Group is a real estate firm which is a subsidiary of Ares Management LP. The firm is headquartered in Los Angeles.

AREA Property Partners LP is a real estate fund manager headquartered in New York City. The firm was founded in April 1993 by William Mack and Apollo Global Management LLC as Apollo Real Estate Advisors. For the most part, the investment vehicles AREA manages have involved funds that do not participate in the active trading of securities instruments. In 2004, however, the firm expanded its fund management activities into securities trading when one of their affiliates, Claros Management LP, began managing an actively-traded investment vehicle focused on the trading of commercial mortgage-backed securities. Following the passage of the Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010, AREA formed Area Management Holdings LLC (AMH) to serve as the registered investment advisor to the family of funds and other investment vehicles sponsored and/or managed by AREA and its affiliates. AMH's investment adviser registration became effective in February 2012. Under AMH's investment advisor registration, AREA continues to carry out its business through one or more affiliated investment managers. In July 2013, the firm was acquired by global alternative asset manager, Ares Management LLC. In December 2013, AREA Management Holdings LLC became known as Ares Real Estate Holdings LLC.

(UBS-UK) is the Great Britain-based investment subsidiary of UBS Asset Management Holdings Ltd., itself a subsidiary of UBS Group AG (SWX: UBSG, NYSE: UBS) in Switzerland. Founded in 1981 as Phillips & Drew Investment Management Ltd., the firm merged with UBS Asset Management in 2000 to form UBS Asset Management Ltd., which became UBS Global Asset Management (UK) Ltd. in 2002. They changed their name to UBS Asset Management (UK) Ltd. in 2015. Headquartered in London, UBS-UK provides asset management services to corporate and public pension plans, sovereign institutions, endowments and municipalities, charities, insurance companies, wholesale intermediaries, financial institutions, and private clients.
