Abdul Razak bin Jaafar

Abdul Razak bin Jaafar is currently the State Secretary at the State of Penang.
He previously held positions such as Assistant Director-Sandakan National Security at the State of Sabah, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director at PBA Holdings Bhd., Director-Community Development Department at Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya, Director-Corporate Planning Unit at Ampang Jaya Municipal Council, Diplomatic & Administrative Officer at the Government of Malaysia, Assistant Secretary-Services Division at the State of Selangor, Deputy Secretary-Defense Procurement Division at the Malaysia Ministry of Defence, Public Communications Officer-Municipal Council at Seremban City, and Deputy Chief Secretary at the Ministry of Works.
Mr. bin Jaafar received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kebangsaan Malaysia in 1988, his undergraduate degree from the National Institute of Public Administration in 1992, and his graduate degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2005.
