CORPORATE UPDATE

Zyber Holdings Limited (ASX: ZYB) ("Zyber" or "the Company") provides the following update in relation to a restructure of its development team.

The Company advises that as part of cost cutting initiatives being employed, Mr Roe Markham and Mr Darius Millar have been released from their positions as Chief Operating Officer and VP of Sales and Marketing respectively effective immediately.

The board of directors of the Company wishes to thank Mr Markham and Mr Millar for their contributions and wish them all the best with their future endeavours.

As part of its ongoing review of the commercialisation pathway for the Zyber technology, the Company is looking to move to an outsourced model for further development of its technology.
