Dornbirn, January 29, 2013 - Zumtobel AG (VSE: ZAG) has been informed concerning a change in the number of Zumtobel shares owned by Delta Lloyd NV. As of January 18, 2013, Delta Lloyd NV reported a holding of 4,353,022 shares in Zumtobel AG or 10.01% of the issued shares (43,500.000), thereby crossing the 10% voting rights threshold on said date.
Delta Lloyd NV holds these shares in following funds: Europees Deelnemingen Fonds, Delta Lloyd Luxembourg European Participation and Delta Lloyd Levensverzekering NV.
Under Austrian law a company needs to announce if the stake of a shareholder exceeds or falls below a specific level (e.g. 4%, 5% or 10%).
