Zhejiang Jinfei Kaida Wheel Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002863) commences share repurchases on November 23, 2021, under the program mandated by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on October 11, 2021. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to CNY 110 million worth of shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of no more than CNY 7.91 per share. The repurchases will be sourced from the company's own funds. The repurchased shares will be used to implement equity incentive plan or employee stock ownership plan. The plan will expire within 12 months from the date when the repurchase plan is approved by the general meeting of shareholders.
