Subject: resignation of the member of the Supervisory Board
The Management Board of Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA S.A. hereby reports that on 29 January 2018 the resignation from the post of member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer was handed in by Mr Laurent Guillermin with effect from 29 January 2018.
Mr Laurent Guillermin was a member of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer.
The reasons for resignation were not disclosed.
Legal basis: Article 56, section 1, item 2 of the Public Offering Act - current and interim information §5 section 1, item 21 and §27 of the Ordinance by the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and interim information communicated by issuers of securities (…) (consolidated text: Dz.
