Zehnder Group AG (SWX:ZEHN) agreed to acquire Siber Zone, S.L. from Toni-Nicolás Salame and Quarza Inversiones for approximately ?86 million on July 3, 2024. The transaction was financed with existing credit lines and liquid funds. Closing is expected to take place in the coming weeks.
