ZAVAROVALNICA TRIGLAV, D.D. Following the fulfilment of suspensive conditions arising from the preliminary agreement, on 22 January 2016 the Zavarovalnica Triglav's subsidiary Triglav, Upravljanje nepremičnin, concluded an agreement on the sale and development of a land plot on the site of BTC in Ljubljana with IKEA Slovenija, trgovina na drobno in the total value of EUR 16,090,870 VAT excluded.
IKEA Slovenija, trgovina na drobno purchased the land plot in the size of approx. 84,000 m, of which over 53,000 m were acquired from the Triglav Group. In accordance with the strategic guidelines of the Group, the remaining land owned by the Group is also earmarked for development and sale, namely the plot in the size of 30,000 m in the immediate vicinity of the location where the IKEA store in Ljubljana will be built.
