Zara Investment : Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts – Jordan engages in CSR initiatives for Ramadan.

Aqaba, Jordan, 22 June2017: Ramadan is the time to give back to the community and to come together in a meaningful venue. Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts - Jordan partnered with Tkiyet Um Ali in a recently concluded Ramadan outreach program. The #AKiloOfKindness initiative took Mövenpick Aqaba, Mövenpick Tala Bay, Mövenpick Dead Sea and Mövenpick Petra to Deir Ala, Jordan to deliver food parcels to the underprivileged families in the area. 200 boxes were distributed during the charity event.

Apart from this noble cause, Aqaba-based Mövenpick Tala Bay and Mövenpick Aqaba brought more than 350 employees together during the Annual Employees Iftar. The sister resorts held the yearly event in their respective ballrooms which were organised in a banquet set-up and food was prepared in buffet style.Both resorts continuously find ways to support the employees and the local community through the SHINE program and engage in CSR activities that aim to development local livelihood and employees' growth.
