Youkosha Co.,Ltd. acquired Altille Staff Co., Ltd. from Junji Futagawa on January 16, 2023. Youkosha will acquire 1240 shares of Altille Staff Co.. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of Youkosha Co.,Ltd. The name of the company will be changed to Yoko Staff Co., Ltd.. Altille Staff Co., Ltd. recorded total liabilities of ¥18.34 million, net liabilities of ¥8.58 million, sales of ¥75.87 million, operating income of ¥0.137 million and net income after tax of ¥0.42 million for the year ended March 31, 2022.
