GRANT OF SHARE AWARDS PURSUANT TO THE YOMA STRATEGIC HOLDINGS PERFORMANCE SHARE PLAN ("YOMA PSP")

In accordance with Rule 704(29) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, the Company wishes to announce details of the grant of awards (the "Awards") of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Awards Shares") pursuant to the Yoma PSP as follows:

a Date of grant of Awards under the Yoma PSP	26 November 2021
b Number of Awards Shares which are the subject	1,250,000
of the Awards granted under the Yoma PSP
c Market price of Awards Shares on the date of	S$0.133 per Awards Shares
grant	(closing price as at 26 November 2021)

   of their associates), if any

e Vesting and Release of the Awards	The Award Shares will vest after the third
	anniversary of the date of receipt of
	shareholders' approval for the grant on 29
	January 2021 and in three tranches (a) 33%
	in January 2024; (b) 33% in January 2025;
	and (c) 34% in January 2026.
