YMT Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A251370) announced a private placement of fourth bearer non-coupon unguaranteed private convertible bond for gross proceeds of KRW 14,000,000,000 on December 20, 2019. The bonds will have a zero coupon and yield to maturity rate. The expected payment date of the transaction is December 24, 2019. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company.
