An unknown buyer signed an agreement to acquire 7.85% stake in Yiwu Huading Nylon Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:601113) from ICBC Credit Suisse Investment Management Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 610 million on January 10, 2019. Under the terms, an unknown buyer will acquire 87.44 million shares of Yiwu Huading Nylon at CNY 7 per share. Consideration will be paid in one single installment within 10 days since approval from the Shanghai Stock Exchange for the present transaction. In related transaction, an unknown buyer signed an agreement to acquire 3.85% stake in Yiwu Huading Nylon Co.,Ltd for approximately CNY 300 million on January 10, 2019.
Yiwu Huading Nylon Co.,Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, production and sale of nylon filament. The Company's main products include four kinds of civilian nylon filament products, such as pre-oriented yarn (POY), high-oriented yarn (HOY), full drawn yarn (FDY) and draw textured yarn (DTY). The Company's products are mainly used in sports apparel, bathing suits, down jackets, seamless underwear, lace, suits, shirts, T-shirts, high fashion fabrics and upscale socks. The Company distributes its products mainly in domestic market.
