Yieh Phui Enterprise Co., Ltd. (TWSE:2023) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 20,000,000 shares, representing 1.01% of its issued share capital, for TWD 11,224.78 million. The shares will be repurchased within the price range of TWD 13.8 to TWD 15.3 per share.
The purpose of the program is to enhance the credit of the company and the rights of stockholders. The repurchase program will continue until July 4, 2023. As of May 4, 2023, the company had no shares in treasury.
