KT Corp. (KOSE:A030200) acquired an additional 25% stake in kt mhows Co., Ltd. from Phoenix Holdings Inc. (KOSE:A037270) for KRW 3.5 billion in cash on December 30, 2015. Phoenix Holdings Inc. sold 0.25 million shares for KRW 13800 per share. KT Corp. now holds 76% stake in kt mhows.
