EVmo, Inc. announced that Laurie DiGiovanni, who had served as the Company’s chief operating officer (“COO”) since 2016, resigned from that position effective as of the end of the first quarter of 2021. The Company has appointed Gregory Miller as its new COO, effective as of April 1, 2021. Mr. Miller has more than 35 years of experience in the fleet management, transportation and logistics industries. Most recently, he has served as the president and chief executive officer of FleetLogik, which provides solutions to a broad base of public and private enterprises. His prior experience in leading both international and domestic fleet enterprises includes the role of senior vice president, fleet operations and procurement, for National Express, a leading transit provider operating more than 17,000 vehicles across North America.
