Cellspect Co., Ltd announced that it will issue 1,905 shares on March 9, 2018. The transaction will include participation from new investor Yakuodo Co., Ltd. (TSE:3385) to acquire 3.4% stake in the company. The transaction is expected to close by March 31, 2018. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
