Y. S. Food Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:3358) acquired 1.02% stake in Asrapport Dining Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:3069) from HSI Global K.K. for ¥85 million on March 2, 2015. Y. S. Food Co., Ltd. will acquire 0.2 million shares. In a related transaction, Asrapport Dining Co., Ltd. will acquire 0.29 million treasury shares of Y. S. Food Co., Ltd. in a private placement transaction. The Board of Directors of Asrapport Dining Co., Ltd. made a resolution in favor of the transaction on March 2, 2015. The transaction is expected to close on March 2, 2015.
