Y.A.C. Co., Ltd. (TSE:6298) signed a contract to acquire 20.8% stake in Kowa Denki Sangyo Co., Ltd. for ¥15 million on January 30, 2015. Y.A.C. will acquire 0.03 million shares in the transaction. Kowa Denki had net assets of ¥38 million, total assets of ¥417 million, sales of ¥361 million, operating profit of ¥12 million and net income of ¥5 million for the year ending August 2014.
