XINJIANG LA CHAPELLE FASHION CO., LTD. The Board of Shanghai La Chapelle Fashion Co., Ltd. announced that Mr. Wang Wenke was appointed as an executive Director at the EGM with effect from 17 July 2015. Mr. Wang Wenke, aged 41, has been appointed as the executive vice president of the Company since 2 February 2015. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Wang served as credit manager in China Citic Industrial Bank, Weihai Branch from July 1995 to February 1998.
From February 1998 to February 2002, Mr. Wang held positions of head of human resources department and head of marketing department in Weihai Hamada Printing Press Co., Ltd. He worked in Sinochem International Corporation as, among other things, general manager of the human resources department, general manager of the rubber business department, general manager of the refined chemical department and assistant general manager from June 2002 to February 2015.
