The services are comprised of time charters, voyage charters and contracts of affreightment (CoAs). In addition, the Company formulates customized shipbuilding plans for shipyards to build new vessels that suit customers’ requirements, such as fuel consumption efficiency and carrying capacity and others. The Company’s major customers are inclusive of global shipping groups, global energy traders, global energy companies and companies which provide asphalt trading and transportation services. The Company’s suppliers mainly include ship management companies, insurance companies, shipbrokers and bunker providers.
