Shaanxi Daxing Hospital Investment Management Group Co., Ltd. intends to acquire Xi'an Weishuiyuan Hot Spring Resort Co., Ltd. from Xi'an Tourism Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000610) on August 26, 2020. Shaanxi Daxing Hospital Investment Management Group Co., Ltd. signed an equity transaction contract to acquire Xi'an Weishuiyuan Hot Spring Resort Co., Ltd. from Xi'an Tourism Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000610) for approximately CNY 180 million on September 1, 2020. According to the agreement, Shaanxi Daxing Hospital Investment Management shall pay the entire transaction price and related transaction service commissions within 5 working days from the effective date of this contract. Shaanxi Daxing and Xi'an Tourism shall complete all the transfer procedures of Xi'an Weishuiyuan Hot Spring Resort within 10 working days after Xi'an Tourism receives the full equity transfer price. The transaction was approved by the Board of Directors of Xi'an Tourism.
