Aurum Pacific Group Limited Appoints Yao Tong as Executive Director, Member of the Remuneration Committee and Compliance Officer

The Board of Aurum Pacific (China) Group Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Yao Tong ("Mr. Yao") as an executive Director, a member of the remuneration committee and compliance officer of the Company all with effect from 7 December 2020. Prior to joining the Board, Mr. Yao was the business manager of Shanghai DZH Limited.
