Woodbridge Liquidation Trust Stock

Woodbridge Liquidation Trust (the Trust) is a statutory trust. The Trust is engaged in collecting, administering, distributing and liquidating the Trust's assets for the benefit of the Trust beneficiaries in accordance with the Liquidation Trust Agreement of the Trust (the Trust Agreement) and the First Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of liquidation of Woodbridge Group of Companies, LLC and its affiliated debtors. The Trust, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Woodbridge Wind-Down Entity LLC (Wind-Down Entity), is engaged in developing, marketing, and selling the real estate assets owned by the Wind-Down subsidiaries. The Wind-Down Group’s real estate asset portfolio consists of two real estate assets.
