JSI Korea CO., Ltd signed a contract to acquire 11.32% stake in Wizit Co. Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A036090) from Geun-Cheolon Lee for KRW 8 billion on June 25, 2014. JSI Korea CO., Ltd will acquire 4.5 million shares. JSI Korea CO., Ltd deposited KRW 1 billion on June 25, 2014. JSI Korea CO., Ltd will pay KRW 2.5 billion on July 15, 2014, will pay KRW 1.5 billion on August 5, 2014, and will pay remaining KRW 3 billion after separate negotiation. The scheduled payment date and stock transfer date, and it is subject to change. The transaction is subject to approval of shareholders meeting which will be held on August 5, 2014. The stock transfer date will be disclosed after the approval at the extra ordinary shareholders' meeting.

Wizit. Co., Ltd is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of liquid crystal display (LCD) and semiconductor components. The Company provides two categories of products: LCD components, including upper electrodes, lower electrodes, susceptors, diffusers, chucks, coater chucks and others, which are used in etching and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) processes, and semiconductor components, such as consumable spare parts and others. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas market. Its main partners are SAMSUNG MOBLIE DISPLAY, LG DISPLAY, WONIK IPS, LG Innotek and others.
