Jerusalem, April 29, 2008 - WizCom Technologies Ltd. (WizCom) (Prime
Standard: WZM, IL 0010830706) announced today that the company has
signed an agreement for North America (U.S. and Canada) with The
Distribution Network (TDN) as sales representatives for the WizCom
product line. TDN will be responsible for a majority of the consumer
electronics retail chains as well as many e-commerce retailers and
the educational reseller market.

TDN, based in Springfield Oregon, is a major sales group in North
America for software and electronics goods. The company's network
includes full time dedicated sales people throughout North America.
In Canada, TDN is affiliated with Tech Track Marketing, a sales rep
group based in Toronto. TDN replaces 360MGI in Canada as sales
representatives for WizCom.

Throughout its 20 year history, TDN has introduced a multitude of
cutting edge technologies to the retail market. Among its market
firsts are: the Internet telephone, PC voice recognition, digital
photo editing, and digital video editing software.
