Prospect Capital Restaurants in partnership with an affiliate of Corlex Capital, a minority-owned private equity and consulting firm in Atlanta, has acquired 10 Wingstops in Indianapolis and Boston and also signed an agreement to develop or acquire 13 locations in the Boston area over the next three years.

Corlex, founded in 2019, offers franchise systems strategies to improve growth and profitability, addressing issues such as labor shortages and wage pressures, technological changes, e-commerce and delivery challenges, increased health and safety concerns and other issues brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the release.

Monroe Moxness Berg PA served as legal adviser to Corlex Capital, and Paris Ackerman LLP served as legal adviser to Prospect Capital Restaurants.
