Plutus Investments and Holding Private Limited signed share purchase agreement to acquire 53.9% stake in Windsor Machines Limited (BSE:522029) from Castle Equipments Pvt Ltd for INR 3.5 billion on June 18, 2024. A cash consideration valued at INR 100 per share will be paid by Plutus Investments and Holding Private Limited to acquire 35,000,000 shares. Plutus Investments will acquire additional 26% stake in Windsor Machines through tender offer.
