14, 2012 relating to the special meeting (the "Meeting") of the Wild Stream shareholders ("Shareholders") has been mailed to Shareholders and filed with applicable securities regulatory authorities in Canada. The Meeting is scheduled to be held on March 14, 2012 to consider, amongst other things, the proposed plan of arrangement involving Wild Stream, Crescent Point Energy Corp. and the Shareholders (the "Arrangement").
