Wetteri Oy signed a conditional share exchange agreement to acquire Soprano Oyj (HLSE:SOPRA) in a reverse merger transaction on June 2, 2022.

Wetteri Oy completed the acquisition of Soprano Oyj (HLSE:SOPRA) in a reverse merger transaction on December 14, 2022. Soprano Oyj will change its name to Wetteri Plc and will trade under the new trading code WETTERI.
