Western Asset Diversified Income Fund WDI (the Fund), formerly Western Asset Diversified Income Fund, is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s primary investment objective is to seek high current income. As a secondary investment objective, the Fund seeks capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing, under normal market conditions, across fixed income sectors and securities in seeking to deliver a diversified portfolio. The Fund invests in various sectors, including communication services, consumer discretionary, consumer staples, energy, financials, health care, industrials, information technology, materials, real estate, and utilities.
