Wertgrund WohnSelect Fund managed by WERTGRUND Immobilien AG and TMW Pramerica Property Investment GmbH acquired Troisdorf Building from a private investor on January 14, 2013. The expenses for the planned renovations are priced into the investment volume of €8.5 million. A quarter of the investment volume is financed by debt.
