Yueqing Yihua New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will raise CNY 427.8609 million in an equity funding on April 11, 2024. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Wenzhou Yihua Connector Co., Ltd. The transaction has been approved at the 19th meeting of the 4th Board of Directors and the 14th meeting of the 4th Board of Supervisors.
