Ltd had approved the resolution to release the non-competition restrictions
of its director for whom in the shareholders' meeting on September 25, 2019.
During Mr. CHOU, KAN-LIN(@Fama Chou) tenure as the CFO of the Company, in
accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 29 of the Company
Act, the prohibition of non-competition by manager(CFO) was released by the
resolution of the board of directors on August 10,2022.
